The American headquarters of multi-national reinsurance company Swiss Re is located in suburban Westchester County on a 127-acre campus. The 348,000sf facility houses more than 1,000 employees from the company’s Life & Health and Property & Casualty units.

The low-slung 3-storey building is clad with horizontal bands of pre-patinated copper.  Generous 15’ floor-to-floor heights allow the penetration of natural light into the 80’ deep floorplate. Designed with a raised floor system and open plan office furnishings, the building provides maximum flexibility to meet Swiss Re’s changing needs.
